1. introduction

To make it as easy as possible to use our software and our service and support, here is a short briefing on this.

1.1. accessibility

Very important: we always try to be available - online via our service portal as well as via the good old ways mail and phone!

If you provide other software for this purpose, but this should not be a hurdle - we can deal with everything...

2. Our software

Most of our software is based on HCL Domino.
We put a lot of emphasis on easy installation and updates - all our software products can be installed/updated via a guided installation dialog.
